Mark is Deloitte’s National Enterprise Risk, Governance, and Compliance Leader. In this role, he is responsible for the development and enhancement of Deloitte’s risk management services, including risk management process improvement, tools, leading practices, and training. Mark has more than 17 years of risk management program support and specializes in assisting clients with implementing and improving their risk management programs, including risk assessments, risk appetite, risk scenario and event tree quantification, training, and change management.
