Dan Quandt has responsibility to lead aspects of both the ERM and internal audit functions at Buffalo Wild Wings Grill & Bar, one of the most successful and fast growing restaurant companies of the past decade. As internal audit and risk management disciplines change, Dan has successfully managed within certain traditional expectations of each, yet has more broadly aligned, blended, and developed enterprise risk processes and programs.
Mr. Quandt has over 20 years of experience in audit, project management, and information technology within various industries. In his current position, he reports directly to the audit committee of the board of directors as the Director of Internal Audit, and indirectly to the governance committee as part of the ERM function. Dan holds active certifications in accounting (CPA), internal audit (CIA), IT audit (CISA), and risk management (CRMA).
