The WUG eGroup is a resource for RIMS Chapters who host their websites on the RIMS platform. RIMS Chapter websites are managed by an external vendor, Higher Logic. To report a chapter related problem to RIMS, please follow the steps below. Not following the troubleshooting process below may cause a delay in response. Report your problems via email at WUG@RIMS.org. In your email include the following: -Subject: Website Problem - Chapter name -Email body: A brief description of the problem, browser used and any troubleshooting steps already taken. -Attachments: A screen shot of the error messaged received. Chapter website problems are typically report to our website vendor Higher Logic. Response time may vary but typically can take between 1-3 business days.
