For those with corporate aviation programs, I'm looking for feedback on pilot qualifications for Pilot in Command and Second in Command for jet aircraft. I realize that much of this may be driven by the insurance company, the type of aircraft and the limit of liability purchased, but I would like to know if any Risk Managers have been successful in establishing minimum qualifications for their pilots. All feedback is welcome !
