Strategy & ERM are both in the same unit at our organization and we want to ensure the strategic planning and ERM processes are fully integrated. We will be conducting a scenario planning workshop primarily for strategy setting purposes, but I also want to ensure that key risks and/or risk gaps are identified.
Does anyone have any advice to share on the use of scenarios for risk identification?
