February Chapter Event: Brewing Up Trouble! **Evening Meeting + Happy Hour**

When:  Feb 13, 2018 from 05:00 PM to 08:00 PM (ET)
Associated with  Delaware Valley

Friends,

Please join your peers on February 13, 2018, when the Delaware Valley Chapter of RIMS February chapter meeting will feature a session entitled ‘Brewing Up Trouble!  The unique risks and challenges of the distilling, brewing, and wine making business”.  We will be joined by an assembly of local owners, including:  John Robert George of Five Saints Distilling in Norristown, and Chris Boyd of Cardinal Winery in West Point.

The event/Happy Hour will take place at Five Saints Distilling, 129 E. Main Street, Norristown, PA 19401. www.FiveSaintsDistilling.com

These gentlemen work in an exciting, but sometimes dodgy environment with plenty of opportunities for dangerous consequences (i.e. alcohol in pressure vessels).   They will share the story of their business from inception to grand openings.

There will be sampling of the owners’ own products; please note that this is a “21 years and older” event only. IDs will be checked.   Beyond the samples, you may purchase additional beverages on a cash basis.  Food will also be provided.

Registration is now open for our February meeting. The meeting will be held on Tuesday, February 13, 2018 at Five Saints Distilling, with networking and libations at 5:30 pm followed by remarks from our guests. The program will conclude at 7:30 pm.

Please note that there is a $40 meeting fee for non-members to attend this meeting; we are now accepting credit card payments.

If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Thank you for your continued support of the Chapter.
