This three-hour program offers continuing education and continuing legal education credits.

Ransomware attacks have increased and monetary demands have tripled over last year. This program will begin with an overview of claims trends in the cyber arena. An interactive case study of a ransomware attack has been prepared. A group of experts consisting of: Insurance Claims Counsel, Cyber Breach Coach, Forensics and Security experts will walk through a ransomware scenario.

Attendees will be able to see the interaction between the insurer, breach coach and forensic and security experts as they work to mitigate the damages for an insured. The program will conclude with a discussion of the type of coverages that can be found within most cyber policies and the resources which should be available to an insured.
