Landscape of Drones and the Law(s) Surrounding ThemCarlos Soltero, Cleveland | Terrazas PLLC, will discuss landmark legal authorities in the area of drone law, with a discussion of the roles of various governments in the federal system. The discussion includes key cases as well as the federal regulatory and statutory framework in Texas including 2017 legislative changes.
