Bio
Wayne Salen is the director of risk management at Labor Finders International, Inc. in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, a position he has held since September 2005. There he serves as the CRO for a large multi-state temporary staffing firm with corporate and franchise operations in 34 states and Canada. He is responsible for all property and casualty programs on a financing and servicing basis as well as safety, health, contract administration, claims management (all lines) and regulatory compliance. Mr. Salen is also responsible for customer and employee selection and integration processes and all corporate training and education.

He was also director of risk management at New Millennium Care, Inc. in East Aurora, New York for seven years.
Mr. Salen received a bachelor’s degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo, and has received certifications from the Florida Department of Financial Services, the Insurance Institute of America and the New York State Insurance Department Professional, among others.
