Bio

Ms. Nasburg is responsible for driving Salesforce's Enterprise Risk Management capability ensuring that the company appropriately balances opportunities and risks to achieve optimal business results.  She reports routinely to the Audit & Finance Committee of the Board on the company’s risk landscape, risk tolerance and emerging risks. Janet has over 25 years of experience in risk management and finance.  She served as Intuit’s Chief Risk Officer for 11 years, developing a best in class ERM program that has been recognized by The Risk Management Society (RIMS) and the American Productivity and Quality Institute among others. Prior to Intuit, Ms. Nasburg spent 16 years in various Finance roles at Visa. As Senior Vice President and Controller, she was a key driver of Visa’s SOX program, first 404 certification and the subsequent move to a public company. Ms. Nasburg serves on the Executive Committees of the Conference Board’s Strategic Risk Council and Financial Executives International’s Governance Risk & Compliance Council, and serves on the USC Risk Management Program Advisory Council.
She has a B.S. in Ag Economics and Business Management from the University of California, Davis and an M.B.A. in Finance from the Graduate School of Business, San Francisco State University.
