With more than thirty years experience in the insurance industry, Faith D. Cring has combined her years as an underwriter and insurance broker with her degrees in Risk Management, Insurance, Finance and Law to make her the ideal risk manager for her present employer GROWMARK, Inc., an international agricultural cooperative with headquarters in Bloomington, Illinois. At GROWMARK Ms. Cring and her staff provide services and consultation to GROWMARK, its subsidiaries and its more than thirty core member cooperatives, including claims assistance, contract analysis, safety and loss control, OSHA and DOT compliance, negotiation of premiums and insurance coverage, property valuations, loss control and remediation. Faith also manages the day-to-day needs of the FS System's captive insurance carrier - FS Preferred Insurance Company and the FS System's insurance agency.After earning her Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter designation, Ms. Cring taught several CPCU classes. She is an active member of the CPCU Society, Risk and Insurance Management Society and the Ohio Bar Association. Faith has served on the Mid-Illinois Chapter of RIMS board as a director and in various officers positions. She has spoken on various topics at the National RIMS conference. Faith served on the RIMS Nominating Committee, the RIMS Quality Advisory Council and the Member & Chapter Services Committee.
