Mr. Cartwright is actively involved with RIMS at both the Society and chapter levels. He is the past president and program director of RIMS Delaware Valley Chapter and now serves on RIMS Board of Directors. He has remained actively involved with RIMS annual Legislative Summit, a major RIMS lobbying event held each year in Washington, D.C. Due to his efforts in both federal and local legislative issues; Mr. Cartwright received the prestigious Richard W. Bland Award from RIMS in 2009.
Mr. Cartwright has more than 50 presentations, published articles and media contributions to his credit on various risk management and safety topics.
