Kelly has ten years experience in the risk management, finance and insurance industry with an emphasis on worker’s compensation and claims administration. She has been with Ada County for 8 years and is currently the Risk Manager.
She holds her ARM (Associates in Risk Management) designation with the Insurance Institute of America, and is currently working on her RMPE (Risk Management for Public Entities) certification. She is a Certified Idaho Worker’s Compensation Specialist with the Idaho Industrial Commission and has in depth knowledge of insurance, claims management and loss control. Kelly oversees the workers compensation self insurance program for Ada County and also manages property, auto, and liability claims as well. Kelly also coordinates wellness programs and the drug free workplace program.
Kelly is Ada County’s designated ADA Coordinator and works closely with the Human Resources division of Ada County on crossover issues like ADA/WC and FMLA. Kelly also has over 15 years of executive level administrative support experience.
