2020 RIMS TOLEDO 27th ANNUAL GOLF OUTING

The Toledo Chapter of the Risk & Insurance Management Society will sponsor its 27th Annual Golf Outing at Riverby Hills Golf Club on Thursday, June 11, 2020. The profit from this outing provides further risk management education and development opportunities.

We encourage our members to treat the golf outing as an appreciation day for those who do business with us. The outing is a great opportunity to make new acquaintances and invite prospective RIMS members to participate. All levels of golfers are encouraged to play. Teams will be assigned as needed to accommodate single registrants.

The event format is a 4-person scramble with a shotgun start at 11:00 a.m. Lunch will be provided at the turn and around 3:00 p.m. there will be hors d’oeuvres, a cash bar, awards and door prizes. Departure around 5-5:30.

We are looking for sponsorship of the following categories and items. However, donations of any amount will be appreciated.

"Major Sponsor" donations of $200. These donations will be used for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place team member prizes (gift certificates or prizes of equivalent value will be given), purchasing the large raffle item(s) and additional door prize items we might need to ensure each participant leaves with a gift. Major Sponsorship includes hole signage.

Two "closest to the pin" prizes ($50 gift certificates or merchandise each).

Two "longest drive" prizes ($50 gift certificates or merchandise each).

Additional golf balls, shirts, umbrellas, putters, certificates, bags, etc.. Everyone should leave with a door prize.

Your donations and contributions make this outing very successful. We hope you’ll be able to participate in this regard again. An early commitment to the above items is helpful so further planning can be done well in advance of the outing. We will make certain your organization is recognized for your contribution(s). Contact David at david-rowland.miller@dana.com or Tammy at tammy.greene@dana.com with your intentions.

Remember, the net proceeds from this event will be used by the Toledo Chapter for furthering the education and development of those in the Risk Management profession.

Be certain to mark your calendar for Thursday, June 11, 2020.
