Stanley Park


is an evergreen oasis of 1,000 acres close to Vancouver's downtown centre. Its natural west coast atmosphere offers a back drop of majestic cedar, hemlock and fir trees. The snow tipped mountains sit in the background.



The park is full of wildlife that appeal to the naturalist. Lost Lagoon has many varieties of birds including swans, ducks and Canada geese. Plant lovers will love the many species of plants found through out the park and anyone that wishes to relax will find this an amazing place to walk/hike and refresh the spirit.


Capilano Suspension Bridge

Gastown
