Based in Raleigh, NC, Stephen has advanced through multiple roles at DigiStream, from investigative consultant to manager and now partner, giving him a deep understanding of how surveillance, digital intelligence, and investigative strategy can reduce claims costs in today’s complex environment.
He is a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) and a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, where he earned honors in English and Media Writing.
