Bakari Jackson Risk Management Analyst (RMA) Santee Cooper Bakari is a Risk Management Analyst - for Santee Cooper, South Carolina’s state-owned electric and water utility, is the state’s largest power producer. The Risk Management team which consists of two is responsible for risk financing, property insurance program and loss prevention, claim management, and certain treasury functions. Bakari has worked in insurance and risk management since 2004, Bakari has been actively involved in RIMS throughout his career, initially as an officer and board member for the Palmetto chapter.
