Sergio Cazorla MBA, CSP®, CSRM
Director of Risk and Safety Management, Southwest Key Programs

Mr. Sergio Cazorla currently serves (starting in January 2021) as the Director of Risk and Safety Management for Southwest Key Programs, Inc.(SWK), a non-profit headquartered in Austin, Texas. Prior to joining SWK, he served as Director of Risk Management and Benefits for Baldwin Park Unified School District (beginning in 2015). He brings over 10 years of public entity risk management experience with local educational agencies in Southern California. A first-generation college graduate from the University of La Verne, he also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. In addition to his academic credentials, Mr. Cazorla holds the following professional certifications: Certified Safety Professional(CSP®), Certified School Risk Manager(CSRM), Certified Playground Safety Inspector(CPSI), and OSHA-Authorized Outreach Instructor. Mr. Cazorla serves as an Adjunct Instructor for Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University teaching undergraduate courses in loss control/insurance and compensation/benefits. He resides in Bastrop, Texas with his Wife and 7 Children.
