Our company is engaged in due diligence on integrity testing as a hiring tool to determine which prospectiive employees will be more likely to engage in unproductive, dangerous, or otherwise risky behaviors on the the job. We are particularly interested in the potential benefit for reducing Workers' Comp claims. I would appreciate information about any company's experience with this type of hiring tool including, but not limited to, effectiveness, vendors, ease of administering the tool and cost per employee.
