New Jersey RIMS May Meeting

When:  May 15, 2018 from 08:30 AM to 11:00 AM (ET)
Associated with  New Jersey

Program Description

Join us, as New Jersey RIMS steps back in to the early 20th century, an entrepreneurial era which forever changed industry and the lives of the workers that supported it.   It’s known as the Second Industrial Revolution, driven by the advent of electricity and it’s where Workers’ Compensation began.  Our speaker will explain New Jersey’s leading role in the evolution of Workers’ Compensation.  We will then have a private tour through Thomas Edison’s laboratory and manufacturing complex, which will put us in to the historical context of the times.
