Marina Cronk is Vice President of Risk Management for Williams-Sonoma, Inc., a $6 billion Fortune 500 Company. WSI is a multichannel specialty retailer of high-quality products for the home.
Marina is responsible for WSIs global insurance, risk transfer and financing programs, aligning the programs design with the companys risk tolerance and changing operational risks. She leads a team of risk, safety, business continuity and claims professionals, and supports the Companys global growth strategy, providing innovative risk-management solutions, and managing existing and emerging risks.
Prior to WSI, Marina successfully led global risk management functions for Fortune 500 consumer product companies including Colgate-Palmolive, and Clorox. As a Vice President at Marsh & McLennan, Marina headed International Practice for the New York region, advising Fortune 500 multinational companies and managing a team of 15 international insurance professionals. On an assignment from Marsh, Marina managed European captive programs for Procter & Gamble in its European headquarters in Belgium.
