Carol Fox retired as Vice President, Strategic Initiatives, RIMS at the end of 2020. While there, she spearheaded the association's emphasis on applied risk management practices in enterprise and strategic risk management as organizational disciplines, in influencing risk management standards and practices, and in contributing to the advancement of risk management as a profession. Carol served on both the ISO 31000 technical committee and the COSO ERM Advisory Group. She was awarded RIMS' Goodell Award in 2009 and was named as Treasury & Risk's 100 Most Influential People in Finance in 2011. Carol currently serves as a member of the Isaac and Oxley Center for Business Leadership Advisory Board at Miami University and on the RIMS Strategic and Enterprise Risk Management Council.
