Duty of Care and Travel Risk Management Workshop

Program Description:

For those working in Risk Management, your role in ensuring employee well-being and business continuity is paramount. This interactive workshop delves into the concept of Travel Risk Management, equipping Risk Management professionals with strategies to mitigate risks and respond to crises. Featuring expert panelists and a hands-on activity that reviews two common “crisis scenarios,” attendees will gain valuable insights into risk management, policies, and the tools available to support their Duty of Care responsibilities. Attendees will also be able to share their insights with the panelists for feedback.

• Define Travel Risk Management and its critical role in the Risk Management and Business Continuity
• Explore policies, insurance, and governance that can help reduce risk of a crisis
• Discuss how to handle and incident or crisis
• Discuss resources that exist to support employees in the event of a crisis
