Speakers: Erika Schmitt and Ryan Hodapp, EY
Erika Schmitt has almost 15 years of experience with EY, providing advisory services to the marketplace. She has experience in leading Risk and Information Technology (IT) compliance initiatives, including internal audit, IT audit, system implementation, System and Organization (SOC) reporting and other regulatory and compliance efforts. Erika has extensive experience leading compliance support, including internal and external audits, for many of EY’s largest and most complex clients in both highly regulated and non-regulated environments. She has served as the lead senior manager on a significant number of large public national, multi-national, and global companies and is experienced in the integration between IT and business processes. She has also assisted many companies in evaluating and implementing internal control processes for compliance with Sarbanes Oxley, NIST, ISO, and other frameworks.
Ryan Hodapp is a Senior Manager in the Risk Advisory Services practice of EY focusing on Risk and Cybersecurity across the public and private sectors. He has coordinated large multi-national and global teams throughout his career with teams from countries such as the Netherlands, El Salvador, the Philippines and India. He has extensive experience in risk identification and assurance mapping, controls identification, assessment and remediation, risk management, Cyber Security, project management, IT governance, and governance, risk and compliance. He hold his CISA and CISSP certifications.

Please note, the PayPal portal on the Chapter Website accepts credit card payment at time of registration even if you do not have a PayPal account.
How to Pay: If you do not pay via credit card ahead of time, your cash or check payment will be accepted at the door if you have reservations. Please make checks payable to OHIO RIVER VALLEY CHAPTER OF RIMS. Receipt of payment will be provided.
