Speakers: Jeanne Holmes, PhD, PHR – RiskVersity (Resurgent Collaborative)

Jeanne J. Holmes is a university professor, the Director for Employment Practices/HR Services and Chief Learning Architect for RiskVersity. Jeanne’s professional background includes HR experience within the banking, insurance, and high-tech manufacturing industries as well as work as an independent HR consultant. In addition, she has worked as a Research Fellow for the U.S. Department of Defense, served as a certified mediator in the North Carolina criminal and family court system, facilitated workshops on various HR issues around the country, and serves her community as an active board member for Faith Action International House, a nonprofit organization.

Mitch Harris – RiskVersity (Resurgent Collaborative)

Mitchell L. Harris Jr. is a leader in cybersecurity offering an extensive background in the field. With more than 25 years of experience in information technology and ten years within the Federal Government’s Intelligence communities, Mitch is an accomplished cyber security expert, computer forensics analyst, and digital investigator. His expertise has been leveraged by the FBI, CIA, Secret Service, and The Department of Justice. As a military veteran and subject matter expert to the U.S. Government in matters of national security, terrorism, intelligence, and criminal cases – Mitch has led teams and operations ensuring the security of our nation’s most valuable assets.

Dr. Cherryl Christensen – O’Keeffe PR (Resurgent Collaborative)
Dr. Cherryl Christensen’s 26 years of experience at the Procter & Gamble Company. As their former Corporate Medical Director, she had responsibility for the global health and wellness of all P&G employees worldwide. This was provided by their Global Medical Network of over 400 health professionals located in 190 P&G health clinics in over 50 countries which she managed. These clinics delivered emergency medical care, health-related legal/regulatory compliance, and medical monitoring programs as well as daily patient care. Dr. Christensen was also responsible for the health aspects of emerging business issues such as disaster management, infectious disease outbreaks or urgent health crisis communications. She managed the Global EAP program, Global Travel Medicine, and the Executive Health Program. Her multifunctional team developed the global health & wellness program to maximize both overall employee health and the company’s health investments. Lastly, she managed global Pandemic Flu planning co-creating the company’s first Pandemic Flu Preparedness Plan. She is board certified in Preventive Medicine specializing in Occupational Medicine.

Rick Hackman – O’Keeffe PR (Resurgent Collaborative)
Rick Hackman recently retired from Procter & Gamble following a 33-year career there. At P&G, Rick led the North America Regulatory & Technical External Relations organization that was responsible for: regulatory compliance, regulatory and legislative influence, crisis preparedness, business continuity planning, and external scientific stakeholder relationships. Along with Dr. Christensen, he co-developed P&G’s pandemic flu preparedness plan. Rick is board certified in Comprehensive Practice by the American Board if Industrial Hygiene and the Institute for Professional Environmental Practice.

Dan O’Keefe – O’Keeffe PR (Resurgent Collaborative)
Dan O’Keeffe is an experienced writer, editor, and public relations professional with more than 20 years’ experience in industries ranging from data science, technology, professional services and pet products to economic development and restaurant & hospitality.

Dan started his career as a writer for Ralston Purina’s corporate communications department in the early 1990s. Today, he specializes in helping organizations “tell their stories” and think strategically around how they position their brands, products, and services with existing and new target audiences—both external and internal. Dan also advises small to large organizations and business and non-profit leaders on how to prepare for and respond to media inquiries during times of both boom and crisis.
