Theresa has held engineering, underwriting, account management, and new business positions within FM Global and AFM (FM Global’s middle market provider) since 2004. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Villanova University and a Masters of Business Administration with a Finance focus from The University of Connecticut.
Chris Long
Chris is responsible for providing Business Risk Consulting (BRC) support to FM Global’s Washington D.C. and Philadelphia offices. BRC services support client risk management efforts in a variety of ways, primarily helping clients improve the resilience of their business by identifying key processes that drive profitability, quantifying related exposures, and identifying strategies to mitigate the impact from a potential disruption.
Chris joined FM Global in January of 2017. Prior to joining FM Global, Chris was a Finance Strategy and Operations Consultant at Deloitte Consulting, specializing in business process improvement and financial systems modernization. Prior to Deloitte, Chris served as an Assurance Associate for PwC, performing financial statement audit services for clients in a range of industries.
As a member of the Business Risk Consulting Group, Chris is primarily responsible for conducting Business Impact Analyses, working in partnership with FM Global clients, to fully identify and quantify the customer’s financial exposures as they relate to property and business interruption loss potential. The analyses Chris performs often result in the identification of significant exposures that were previously unknown or not fully understood by the customer, which potentially has a material impact to risk management decisions.
Chris holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Marketing from the University of Virginia’s McIntire School of Commerce
