Solutions-driven risk leader with expertise directing all areas of risk management, while managing the assessment/oversight of operational risk exposure via polices/processes and various operational risk and control identification tools. Gloria is a leader experienced in evaluating and minimizing loss exposure, while managing claims, litigation, contract reviews as well as broker/insurer relationships. She has been active in the Risk and Insurance Management Society (RIMS), served on the Society’s Board of Directors from 2014-2020, and was the Society's 2019 President.
