Janet Nasburg is Chief Risk Officer at Intuit, makers of Quicken, QuickBooks and TurboTax. Intuit is committed to revolutionize the way people manage their small businesses and personal finances. Ms. Nasburg is responsible for driving Intuit's Enterprise Risk Management capability ensuring that the company appropriately balances opportunities and risks to achieve optimal business results. She reports routinely to the Audit & Risk Committee of the Board on the company’s risk landscape, risk tolerance and emerging risks.Before Intuit, Ms. Nasburg spent 16 years in various Finance roles at Visa. As Senior Vice President and Controller, she was a key driver of Visa’s SOX program, first 404 certification and the subsequent move to a public company. Prior to her time at Visa, Ms. Nasburg held Controller positions at Envirotech Operating Services, Inc. and Satellite Medical Services Inc.Ms. Nasburg is a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA), Institute of Certified Management Accountants (IMA), Financial Executives International (FEI), and Financial Women’s Association of San Francisco. She has a B.S. in Ag Economics and Business Management from the University of California, Davis and an M.B.A. in Finance from the Graduate School of Business, San Francisco State University.
