Jessica R. Chiniewicz is the Risk and Surety Bond Manager for Crown Castle International Corporation, a company that works around the country to build and maintain the infrastructure behind the world's most revolutionary technologies, including cell towers, small cells and fiber solutions. Jessica joined Crown Castle in 2014 as a Risk Analyst. She earned a promotion in 2016 and is responsible for managing the company's surety bond portfolio, assisting in placing Casualty and Property insurance programs, reviewing and negotiating contracts, as well as oversees claim management in all lines of coverage. Jessica's team manages insurance compliance for its continuously growing vendor list and claim processes. Prior to joining Crown Castle, Jessica was a student at West Virginia University (WVU) where she interned for the University's Risk Manager and was awarded the Anita Benedetti Student Involvement Program Scholarship to attend the RIMS annual Conference. Jessica has a Bachelor of Science degree from WVU in Finance and her Master of Science in Risk Management and Insurance from Florida State University. She was awarded the Spencer's Education Foundation's Part-Time Masters Scholarship in 2016 and 2017 to pursue her degree. Jessica holds the CPCU, AFSB, ARM, and AIS professional designations.
