For the past 23 years, Debbie L. Gramer has been the Director of Global Risk Management for Arrow Electronics, Inc.

During her time at Arrow, Debbie has developed a Global Risk Management program which includes Property, Casualty, Financial Lines, Credit Insurance, Claims Management, Loss Control  and Arrows Enterprise Risk Management program. Throughout her tenure, Arrow has completed over 100 acquisitions.
