SARIMS Annual General Meeting - Save the Date

Please accept this notification of the upcoming AGM to be held on Thursday June 4^th from 3:30pm – 4:30pm MST. This meeting will be held in-person at CRAFT Beer Market Calgary Downtown (345 – 10 Avenue SW, Calgary, AB), ahead of our annual Summer Social. All attendees must have an active RIMS membership and be in good standing to register as of June 1, 2026.

The purpose of the AGM is to:

• Review the financial statements for the year end March 31, 2026
• Review Committee reports including electing positions
• Elect Board members
