eGroup: Enterprise Risk Management

The growing potential of enterprise risk management (ERM) is clear, but many organizations are still standing on the runway waiting for the plane to take off. Even with the well-documented rewards, risk professionals need to find a way to overcome resistance over cost, effort and politics. This session builds on past sessions, Risk Mapping Made Simple and Risk Mapping Made Practical. This year, the panel will focus on how to initiate a risk-mapping project and provide a practical route for any public, private, not-for-profit or governmental organization that draws on the experience of organizations that took off and are now gaining altitude.
