This session addresses a very timely topic; avoiding risk management disasters arising out of the use of Twitter and other social media. Each year social media networks such as Twitter and Facebook are becoming increasingly woven into our culture, including the use of such social media in the workplace. Increased business and personal use of social media brings with it increasing risks associated with the use of social media by both your organization as well as your employees.
At this session, legal experts will discuss many risks associated with your company's official business use of social media, as well as your employees' personal use, and offer pragmatic and effective solutions for identifying, avoiding and mitigating such risks.
Registration: $40 per Member and $75 Non-Members, payable at the door by cash or cheque only.
Credits: NARIMS has requested 1.5 hours of Education Credits (General & Adjusters) for this session.

Darin J. McMullen is of counsel in the Philadelphia office of Anderson Kill. Mr. McMullen’s practice is concentrated in representing policyholders in the area of insurance recovery. He is also a member of Anderson Kill's Financial Services Industry Group.
