The NARIMS Board brings you “Indemnity & Insurance Clauses in Litigation” by Sandra Corbett and Ryan Krushelnitzky of Field Law. Sandra & Ryan’s presentation will address issues in litigation and treatment of indemnity and insurance clauses in court. Special focus will be given to consequential damages and waiver of subrogation clauses in contracts.
