The world is getting smaller and changing faster than ever and now more than ever before we must embrace and prepare for change. Change is something that is very difficult for everyone and yet with technology the world is much smaller than it used to be and as demonstrated by the credit crisis it is also connected financially more than ever before. We must learn to embrace the different cultures and backgrounds that different people bring to the table to be successful in the world today.
Companies that want to be succesful navigating through the challenges and risk in business today must adopt, establish and commit to Diversity initiatives in the work place.
