Dan, You can always reach out for the big boys like Marsh or AON that offers those services. However, I am always suspicious of their recommendations because heck, they are sales people who are trying to sell their products, whether you need them or not. We reached out to a completely independant non-affiliated company called the Insurance Buyers Council located in Maryland. Their web site is www.consultibc.com and the lead person is Adam Sielicki. It may be worth your time to call him and discuss your needs. I highly recommend that you contact the Stanford Strategic group at Stanford University. They are THE experts on ERM in the academic world and they also have a consulting arm that has been implementing frameworks for years. They also offer an ERM course as well as a decision making course that I believe to be by far the best thing going. I took the ERM class last week and it was clear to me that they understand ERM better than the other usual suspects. you can contact them directly by emailing Cspetzer atsdg.com or you can go to www.sdg.com. I think that the blend of academia and real life consulting has produced a great result for stanford as a whole. But in the ERm arena, I can't think af anyplace better to go. ------------------------------- Beaumont Vance Sun Microsystems Inc. Senior Risk Manager -------------------------------

One of the sessions I attended at RIMS 2006 was presented by Kean Group on ERM. It was absolutely the best session I attended and have since corresponded with them on this subject. They are consultants and Peter Teuten (Chief Development Officer) was one of the key presenters. There contact information is: Keane Business Risk Management Solutions LLC, 1400 Liberty Ridge, Suite 201, Wayne, PA 19087, Ph: 800-848-8896, www.KeaneBRMS.com. I also have some additional information they have forwarded if you want to contact me directly. They also key in on selling ERM to senior management which can be critical. ------------------------------- Sharon Nichols Mueller Industries Inc. Risk Manager -------------------------------
