This is a reminder about our monthly luncheon THIS THURSDAY, September 22nd from 11:30 to 1:00 in the Jade Room of the Joseph Smith Memorial Building.
Jerry Allred, Director of Risk & Insurance Services at the University of Utah will be presenting.
The University of Utah is a national Tier 1 research university with integrated health sciences and academic systems and operations, branch campuses in South Korea and Ghana, engagement in 209 countries, Power 5 athletics, state-wide healthcare clinics and facilities and three major hospitals. It is involved in a wider range of activities than any other business in the world.
This presentation will explore risk exposures associated with these activities and discuss efforts to manage them. Discussion topics to include risk management and insurance programs, top risks, emerging risks, resiliency and loss mitigation, collaboration with various departments, ERM, alternative risk transfer techniques, claims management system, etc.
