A huge thank you to Matt Smyth and Andrew Miller, MBA of International SOS, and to Frank Scalia of Everest for your informative presentation and engaging workshop on Travel Risk Management and the duty of care required of employers. You gave us a lot to think about, starting with one very fundamental question . . . Do you know where your people are?

  • NJ RIMS Commits an Additional $20,000 to Kids’ Chance of New Jersey

January 23, 2025 - The RIMS New Jersey chapter is proud to announce that we have doubled our commitment to Kids’ Chance of New Jersey with the awarding of a second four-year $5,000 Diamond Sponsorship.  Kids’ Chance of New Jersey is a non-profit organization that provides higher education scholarships to the children of catastrophically or fatally injured workers, to help them fulfill their educational goals despite the loss of a parent’s income.

This second sponsorship has been awarded to Yagmur Kartal, a freshman student at Arcadia University majoring in psychology. Yagmur desires to eventually further her education by pursuing a master’s degree and counselling families and children.
