DRESS CODE: Appropriate golf attire (collars, Bermuda shorts, etc.), soft spikes or sneakers are required.

Registration:
- The registration is for golfers, sponsors or both.
- The Sponsor deadline is 15 May 2026.
- If you are playing golf, please register on this website by 15 May 22026 for on time registration or no later than the late registration deadline ($50 late fee for each golfer applied) of 16 May 2029.
- Registration at the course on the day of the event, by either credit card or check, may be available based on a space available basis at the late registration fee.
- Whether you pay by credit card or by check, you MUST REGISTER on this website to golf or sponsor an event.
- If you are registering for a Sponsorship that includes foursomes in the package list the names and email address of foursome in the additional golfers field when registering.
- For all foursomes please complete a registration for only only the team leader and then list the names and email address of the foursome if the additional golfers field when registering.
Payment:
- Preferred form of payment is by credit card on this website. Payments are due upon registration and are non-refundable.
- The Potomac RIMS Tax ID# will be included on your donation receipt through PayPal.
- If you prefer to pay with a check, you can do so by indicating payment by check at the time of checkout

Proceeds support the Potomac Chapter's education and student initiatives with the major beneficiary being Spencer Educational Foundation, Spencer is a 501(c)(3) charitable and educational organization, whose mission is to stimulate and assist promising undergraduate and graduate students of risk management and insurance in fulfilling their educational goals. Sponsorship is on a first come basis and exclusive unless indicated otherwise below. The Chapter reserves the rights to work with potential sponsors regarding altering sponsorship fees, payment terms and benefits offered to include discounts for multiple or exclusive rights to a sponsorship category.
Door prize donations are also greatly appreciated. (Money toward prizes, novelty items, golf balls, ball markers, shirts, hats, golf towels, umbrellas, etc.). Please register these items online and indicate in the additional details section the nature of the item and if you would like to ship them prior to the event or bringing them to the course on the day of the event.
