Lois Gardiner, Managing Director, INTECH Risk Management Inc.
Lois Gardiner brings over 30 years of experience across the insurance industry, with expertise in alternative risk financing, enterprise risk management (ERM), insurance procurement, M&A due diligence, and business continuity.
At INTECH, Lois plays a key role in advancing the firm’s risk advisory platform, strengthening capabilities, expanding services, and delivering strategic value to clients. She is known for navigating complex challenges, advising C-suite leaders, and driving innovative risk management strategies.
Prior to joining INTECH, Lois held senior leadership roles at Aon, Shell Canada, and Canadian Pacific Railway. She led Aon’s Large Account Practice in Alberta, built a nationally recognized consulting practice, and developed a mature ERM program at CP integrated into corporate strategy and governance. Her industry experience spans energy and renewables, transportation (including aviation), forestry, mining, public sector, and major infrastructure projects.
