Mauricio Quintero, VP, Executive & Financial Risk, Gallagher
Mauricio Quintero is a Vice President within Gallagher Energy Risk Services, advising organizations on Executive and Financial Risk through a disciplined, clarity-driven approach to program design. He structures and places D&O, EPL, Fiduciary, Crime, and Cyber programs for a wide range of clients across the energy sector and related financial stakeholders, ensuring they have a clear understanding of how their coverage will perform when it matters most.
Mauricio has extensive experience guiding boards, executives, and risk managers through complex renewal cycles and challenging claims environments. His advisory work blends technical depth with a preparation-focused framework that supports confident decision-making in shifting market conditions.
He holds the CCIC designation (Cyber COPE Insurance Certification) and works closely with underwriters and internal Gallagher specialists to ensure programs are structured to respond reliably during an organization’s most demanding moments.
Grace Leung, Senior VP, National Casualty Placement, Marsh
Grace is a senior casualty broker within the Marsh National Casualty practice with a principal focus on clients with multinational exposures and complex risk profiles. She works with, and consults on a number of key client services, primarily in the pipeline, energy services, manufacturing and ag-chem sectors.
Grace has over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry. She joined Marsh’s Energy placement team in 2007 as a broker and has worked with both private and publicly-traded clients in both the domestic and multinational space. Her experience in working with clients who have a broad spectrum of risk profiles has given her a greater awareness of, and presence, in the domestic and international casualty marketplace. She is in tune with current market trends and the opportunities and challenges they present to clients.
Geoff Cowling, Managing Partner, Navacord
Geoff joined Iridium Risk Services (now Navacord Insurance Services) in 2008, where he worked on a variety of technical risks including energy, construction, and manufacturing. Prior to that, he was a Property Underwriter at Lloyd’s of London. In 2025, Geoff became the National Practice Leader for Energy, Utilities, and Resources, leveraging his extensive experience to lead strategic initiatives in these sectors.
