NARIMS Education March 2013: “Farm to Fork”

Time: 8 am to 9.30 am (Breakfast starts at 7.30 am)
Place: Sutton Place Hotel – Rowan Room (10235 101 Street, ; 2nd floor).
Registration fee: $40 members/$75 non-Members; at the Door by cash or cheque only. The last two (2) sessions sold out so register early to ensure your spot.
The NARIMS Board presents Bill Baker (Senior Manager – Risk & Environmental Services) and Jorge Gallegos (Director of Quality Assurance West) both of Sofina Foods. Bill and Jorge will offer us an overview of the food industry; including food safety, audit requirements and plant processes. They will also discuss the Risk and Quality programs at Lilydale Inc, a Sofina Foods company. This education session promises a truly whirlwind view of the journey our food products take from ‘Farm to Fork’.

Guests are welcome and may be included when registering your attendance at this session.
PLEASE NOTE: NARIMS must pay for each declared registrant. Persons who register and do not attend or send an alternate will be billed for the cost of the session unless cancellation notice is received prior to noon on March 18th, 2013.
EDUCATION CREDITS: have been requested for 1.5 hours of Education credits (General and Adjusters) for this seminar. Please ensure that you sign in and sign out of the seminar as this is a mandatory requirement of the Alberta Insurance Council (AIC) to receive your credits.
