Richard (Rick) P. Graham is the Chief Risk Officer of the Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority, the nation's 6th largest provider of Public Transportation. Rick leads a team of 10 Risk Management Professionals responsible for the Authority's treatment of risk, management of employee injury claims, and oversight of a comprehensive vocational rehabilitation program. Rick currently serves as the Vice President of the Del Val Chapter of RIMS. Rick earned his Bachelor's of Art in Political Science from Moravian College.
