Polly James has been the Senior Director of Risk Management for Feld Entertainment since November of 2020. Prior to that she worked for Hilton Worldwide, General Motors and American International Underwriters holding various positions including experience in Enterprise Risk Management, Latin America Risk, Risk Financing, Claims, Business Continuity and Captives.
She is currently a member of the RIMS External Affairs Committee and has held leadership roles with the Mid Atlantic Disaster Recovery Association and chaired the American Hotel and Lodging Association Risk Management Committee.
Ms. James and has earned both her Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter designation and her Associate in Risk Management and is a Certified Business Continuity Professional . She also holds a BA in Computer Science from Otterbein College with a German minor earned through study in Bonn, Germany and an MBA from Syracuse University in International Business and Operations Management.
