Ondrea Matthews is the senior director of risk management and benefits for CoorsTek LLC. In this role she oversees global risk and health and welfare benefits for CoorsTek, Inc, as well as a suite of Coors family companies. CoorsTek LLC's main holding is CoorsTek Inc, a global ceramic manufacturing company with over 30 production facilities in 10 countries and 6,000 employees. In addition, CoorsTek LLC holdings include Salad Collective, a fast-casual restaurant chain; AC Development, real estate development company; and MJB Wood Group, a lumber import and manufacturing company.
Ondrea began her insurance career in claims with a national third-party administrator and developed and managed regional claims offices across the United States. Ondrea has served on the Rocky Mountain RIMS board of directors and is a past president and current chair of the community service committee. She joined the RIMS Society board of directors in January 2025.
Ondrea holds a BS in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Michigan.
