Enterprise Risk Management, Information and Cyber Security, Fraud Monitoring, Operations and Marketing.
Skilled Risk Professional in Strategic Role with extensive experience in developing and implementing
successful Risk Management & Business Continuity policies. Under my leadership SBI Life Insurance
received ISO 31000-Enterprise Risk Management Standard; SBI Life is the first Life Insurance Company
to be certified for the same. I am also International Council Member of Risk and Insurance Management
Society (USA).
Prior to that headed Regional Profit Centers for Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC), Indias Leading
Insurance Company (with over 67% market share, and handling the worlds largest customer portfolio)
and State Bank of India Life Insurance Company Ltd, (Which is a joint venture of State Bank of India, the
largest Commercial Bank in India with 23000 Branch offices, and BNP Paribas, France.)
Currently I am perusing my PHD from Mumbai University & recently completed my Associate in Risk
Management ARM 54 by The Institutes (USA). I have fond of teaching and Im visiting faculty for wellknown
institutes like National Insurance Academy (Pune), Insurance Institute of India (Mumbai) for
subjects like Business Continuity Management, Enterprise Risk Management, Insurance etc.
