Christie Weinstein is an experienced risk management executive with a demonstrated history of driving risk management, insurance, private equity, and consulting strategies. She has successfully led enterprise risk management, risk management infrastructure development, and process optimization initiatives for organizations spanning real estate, education, technology, media, manufacturing, and consumer products industries.
Christie is the director, risk management at Honeywell International, Inc. where she manages the organization’s risk management program. This includes coverage placement for programs involving cyber, international, property, warehousing, environmental, terrorism, transit, and marine general liability risks. Her responsibilities also include risk engineering collaboration, risk mitigation strategy development, loss prevention, claims management, as well as business continuity and resilience operations.
Prior to her role at Honeywell, Christie held risk management and insurance positions at The McGraw-Hill Companies, McGraw-Hill Education, Alvarez and Marsal, The Related Companies, and FM Global.
Christie has been an active member of RIMS since 2005 and served on the New York Chapter Board until 2014. She currently serves on the Society’s global board of directors.
Christie holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from University of Delaware - Lerner College of Business and Economics.
