Registration is now open to join your peers for our December Chapter meeting, our topic will be Wage and Hour – Exposures and New Insurance Solutions. Until recently, comprehensive insurance for wage and hour litigation was largely unavailable, thus exposing a company's balance sheet to these potentially devastating losses. This session will review the wage and hour exposures, demystify some very common myths and illustrate the specific financial risk associated with non-compliance. We will also discuss the current insurance marketplace for the coverage as it has continued to favorably evolve since its introduction in 2013. Our discussion will be led by Carole Lynn Proferes, Managing Director, Marsh USA Inc., Southeast Zone FINPRO Practice Leader.
The meeting will be held on Tuesday, December 8, 2015 at the Aramark Tower, located at 1101 Market Street, Philadelphia, PA beginning with networking and breakfast at 8:00 am followed by the session at 8:30 am. The program will conclude at 10:00 am.
