In light of the #metoo movement, employers are confronted with an unprecedented amount of harassment claims and suits.
Now more than ever, in-house counsel and risk managers must be cognizant of how to manage this liability exposure through
several mechanisms, including Employment Practices Liability Insurance (EPLI). Attorneys Shelly Pagac of Pietragllo and James
Buldas of Williams Coulson will, therefore, discuss emerging trends in EPLI claims and resulting insurance coverage disputes.
