Please join us at the first lunch of the season, Thursday, September 8th at 11:30 am. Lunches will be at the Little America again this year. The presenter for this lunch is Diane Passey, LCMHC. She is the EAP Coordinator for Intermountain Employee Assistance Program. The topic is "Dealing with the difficult people in your life".
"Difficult people surround us, and conflict is inevitable. None of us escapes difficult interactions, nor are we immune from being difficult ourselves at times. Part of a successful professional toolbox is the ability to address situations where real or potential conflict arises. This course will provide you with a variety of skills that can help you manage yourself and your responses as you navigate these difficult exchanges. This class will address some specific skills and dialogue that you can use to help your encounters with difficult people."
